Back in 2008 I had the luxury to help cast parts for this kit (as well as another kit he was selling at the time) for Richard Long the original creator of the K’Tinga masters. This was a short run by Sovereign Replicas under his ownership, the ORIGINAL masters were sold or traded off so no clue as to where they are now. For compensation for my materials and help I was allowed to cast a complete kit from the original molds and was given permission to mold these castings and run the kit whenever I decided to thus in the same process creating a second set of masters. Richard said that he would send me the original masters but never did and Richard stated he was “Getting out of the business” and “didn’t care“, but since Richard still owes me and hasn’t delivered not to mention it’s been well over 16 years and don’t expect on him to follow through on his end so I’m going to rework and update the masters at another time as I’m not producing this kit at this time or in the near future.
